Why I'm writing here
A short note on starting a personal site, and what I plan to publish.
I've spent most of my career working on programmes that touch a lot of moving parts — ministries, donors, implementing partners, field teams. The hardest lessons are almost always the unglamorous ones: how a workplan gets owned, how a coordination meeting actually changes behaviour, how a delivery target survives contact with a real clinic.
I'm starting this site to write some of those lessons down. Partly for me, partly for anyone working on similar problems in global health, development, or public-sector delivery.
Expect short essays, the occasional book note, and links to work I've contributed to. Nothing here represents the views of my employer.
